Job Description:

Title: Delivery Head (Logistic)

Experience: 18 + Years

Location: Montreal, Canada (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for all strategic project’s delivery, client communication and governance for the assigned projects
• Manages engagement resource goals by recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
• Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
• Achieves business development and operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to deal pursuits, project plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans.
• Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
• Meets financial objectives by preparing and tracking budgets / account margins, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new milestones and exploring opportunities to add value to assigned client account by adopting newer technologies (e.g., Gen Ai, Ai Ops, etc.)

Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall development environment experience
• 10+ years of Hands-on leadership and end-to-end ownership of leading and delivering applications and/or products by leveraging both legacy and modern technology stack (Mainframes, Microservices, Cloud, DevOps)
• Experience leading > 150 FTE onshore and offshore resources.
• Agile environment experience
